After years of home brewing, Arch Nemesis Brewing opened its doors in 2022 as a kombucha and beer microbrewery. We are always trying new styles of beer, new beer recipes, and fun flavor combinations of kombucha.

Our Adequate Team
We make decent beer and kombucha and we serve it to you in a timely manner. If we aren’t too busy we might even make a mixed drink for you.
Mike Hofer
Brew’t Squad and Henchman
Years of barroom and BJJ experience. Mike brews most of the beer that his brother designs. Mike loves pouring beer and talking about beer, but not a big fan of making mixed drinks when we are busy. Whether you love it or hate it, let him know your thoughts.
Trayc Foutz
Henchman
Trayc works a lot. If she isn’t working at Arch Nemesis she’s probably working at 4Hands. Unlike Mike, she enjoys making mixed drinks. She isn’t related to anyone else on staff.
Nick Burke
Henchman
Nick loves to talk about Hockey, Golf, and Grad School. He is capable of pouring you a beer or kombucha, but doesn’t actually like beer himself. He’s the Owner’s nephew, but works hard anyway.
Jim Hofer
Head Miscreant
Jim works a fulltime job as a software developer, but thought it might be fun to pay other people to do his hobby for him.
Julie Novak
Henchman
Julie is a teacher by day and bartender by night. She knows and loves beer and mixed drinks, and has created our signature cocktail, the Semi-fashionable. She also happens to work with the owner’s niece.
Carson Howald
Henchman
Carson is best friends with the owner’s daughters. She doesn’t bartend as much anymore, but she does help out with artwork and puns.
Frandog Woodrum
Henchman
Franny doesn’t get to bartend much and she isn’t happy about it, but she does make sure that everything is clean and in order.
